Thank you for shopping with Roo Riders. We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer live rate shipping with major logistics through BigPost based on the weight of your order and type of package and the delivery timeframe selected at checkout.

The following chart is Regional Australia, if your location belongs to one of them will have extra cost for the freight, please contact us for the extra freight cost payment!

 

Standard freight charges do NOT include lifting off (unloading) from transport delivery vehicles where the total weight of goods exceeds 50kg, if you are unable to provide appropriate lifting, please contact us for a quote on delivery that includes unloading.

Shipping is available Australia-wide. All rates are displayed at checkout based on your cart weight.

In-Store Pickup

Free local pickup is available at 17 Norwich Road, Ingleburn NSW. Orders will be ready within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Pickup hours are:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@nipponimports.com.au with your name and order number.

P.O. Box Shipping

Please note: Some of our carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical address at checkout to avoid delays or issues with delivery.
