Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

How to Track

1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Roo Riders
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number and enter it on your carrier's website
3. Your tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch

• TNT / FedEx: Track on TNT

Can't Find Your Tracking Number?

Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't locate it, contact our team with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
