Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In original packaging (undamaged)
  • Not a custom or made-to-order product

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Fitment Issues

If a product doesn't fit your vehicle despite being listed as compatible, contact us before attempting installation. We'll review the fitment and organise a return or exchange at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@rooriders.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed

Warranty Claims

All products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Normal wear, misuse, or improper installation are not covered. Contact us to lodge a warranty claim.
