Will this product fit my vehicle?
All our products are vehicle-specific. Each product listing includes a compatibility table showing exactly which makes, models, and body variants it fits. If you're unsure, contact us with your vehicle's VIN or full model details and we'll confirm before you order.
What's the difference between Narrow Body and Wide Body for the Toyota Hiace 200 Series?
The Toyota Hiace 200 Series comes in two body widths — Narrow Body (standard) and Wide Body (also called Grand Cabin or Commuter). Check your vehicle's body type before ordering. If unsure, measure the width of your front bumper or check your compliance plate.
Do your products fit the Toyota Hiace 300 Series?
Yes — we have a growing range of products specifically engineered for the Hiace 300 Series (2019–present). Browse the Hiace 300 collection or contact us to confirm fitment for a specific product.
I have a Japanese import — will parts still fit?
Most of our products are designed for Japanese domestic market (JDM) imports as well as Australian-delivered vehicles. Contact us if you have a grey import with non-standard specifications.
Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 5–10 business days. Regional areas: 10–15 business days. Bulky freight items such as bull bars may take longer to remote postcodes.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the weight/dimensions of your order. Bulky items ship via road freight — the exact cost is shown before you complete payment.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to all Australian states and territories including regional and remote areas.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account at rooriders.com.au to view order status.
Installation
Do I need professional installation?
For structural products like bull bars, rear protection bars, and towbars — yes, professional installation is required and strongly recommended. Incorrect installation can void your vehicle warranty and compromise safety. Contact us after purchase and we can help connect you with a qualified fitter in your area.
Are your bull bars and towbars ADR compliant?
Yes — all bull bars and towbars carrying the "ADR Compliant" badge meet Australian Design Rule requirements (ADR 42/04). This means they are legal for road use across all Australian states. Always check the individual product listing for compliance details.
How long does installation typically take?
Bull bars: 3–5 hours. Towbars: 2–3 hours. Roof racks: 1–2 hours. Your installer can confirm based on your specific vehicle.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any product. See our full Refund Policy for details.
What warranty do your products come with?
Our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Contact us with photos and your order number to make a claim.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments are available on eligible orders.
Is your checkout secure?
Yes — all transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
